happy time- yasmine and roses

hello, it's June here.
Maja was given flowers and thanks to construction workers outside, being unable to open the window, the whole bedroom is filled with floral scent.
for last few weeks we are experiencing wonderful, sunny weather, it's realtively hot...

and i am waiting for things to happen to me.

i watched an indian movie not so long time ago, ahista ahista.
it was unlike other movies i've seen. first of all it was about suffering and feeling helpless, about making wrong choice and following the wrong path it started.
one day everything goes wrong and there's nothing you can do about it.
the movie had a very special, nostalgic bitter-sweet atmosphere.
there was nothing special about it, but i cannot help myself thinking about it.

i got the most wonderful message, from a lady who's daughter is going to marry Egyptian muslim.
she writes that she is very concerned about her daughter's choice. she met her son in law to be, and she says he is a very good man.
considering how bad the muslims' image is in Polish media, she just thinks there must be something wrong about it. so she decided to look for more information, and she asked me to help her find Polish muslim women married to Egyptians, preferably living in Egypt.

i wish my mother was like that... but she prefers to read stupid books and even more stupid stories in magazines.
she never asks me about islam...
well she does.
once she asked me 'why muslims want to kill everybody?'

what would you answer?
